Your caseload will include dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
The commercial property department is expanding, so this is a great opportunity to be involved with this expansion and development from an early stage. Playing an instrumental part in this growth, you will get involved in networking and marketing activities.
