A fantastic opportunity to work within an industry leading Personal Injury specialist insurance practice has arisen in Liverpool. Working out of their modern commercial offices (and from home!) within their dedicated, specialist complex RTA team.
The claimant RTA team has gone from strength to strength and with new contract wins from insurance companies across the UK they have had an influx of complex litigated (and some technically complex pre-litigated) RTA claims. So they are now looking to develop this team further with the hire of an experienced and technically strong RTA Litigation Executive/Solicitor to focus on dealing with complex and higher value claims.
You will run a caseload of your own through to settlement or trial as necessary. You will have full support from junior team members, alongside the support and advice throughout from the senior litigation team and head of department.
