Key responsibilities:
- Advising UK entities on listing requirements, governance and transactions
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
- Assisting with projects
- Statutory compliance
- Delivering corporate governance requirements for listed entities
- Supporting the finance team in preparing invoices
Skills and experience:
This role would be well suited to an individual with around three years of company secretarial experience, including listed company work. This could have been gained from professional services or in-house.
