You will be a crucial hire to ensure future success undertaking a caseload of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
In this role you will:
- Meet clients and advise on all aspects of wills
- Draft the wills and advising on the execution of the wills
- You will also advise clients and complete the process on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advise on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
This is an already busy and successful team, and your input will make a big difference!
Both paralegals and (part or fully qualified) legal executives with private client and wills experience are encouraged to apply
