A longstanding, award-winning and reputable high street practice in Loughborough has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their expanding, friendly private Family law department. Offering hybrid working to ensure real work life balance, this role can also accommodate someone looking to work part time (3 - 4 days per week).
Working in a Partner-led team, you'll be responsible for your own caseload of fully private (no legal aid) family matters. Working in a small close knit team, you will have full secretarial support and exposure to high quality and HNW work. This role is due to the department expanding because of an influx of new instructions, so this is an exciting time to be part of a wider development plan and working alongside the partners to help the department flourish.
The firm prides itself on its high level of client care and tries where possible to meet everyone face to face to bolster their client relationships.
You'll have previous family law experience and ideally be 2+ years' PQE.
You'll work in a close knit, supportive and genuinely friendly environment, and be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with you PQE and prior experience. You will also have the opportunity to work from home for part of the week and have on-site parking at the office.
