One of the UK's leading providers of residential conveyancing services to home movers are currently looking to hire an experienced residential conveyancing fee-earners for their established office in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
This team in Daventry have a great family friendly culture, who support and look after each other.
As an experienced fee-earning residential conveyancer, you will either be qualified solicitor, FILEx, licensed conveyancer or qualified by experience. Ideally, you should have experience handling your own caseload.
The caseload will be sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold, with more experienced candidates working on new-builds, S42 Shared Ownership. There is opportunity to progress within the firm which is growing quickly in residential property and conveyancing market, and candidates with management experience will also be considered.
