Commercial Property Solicitor

A commercial property solicitor vacancy has arisen with a small but highly reputable law firm in Stourbridge. With an impressive client base this firm can offer a commercial property solicitor the opportunity to work directly alongside the head of department to strengthen and grown their commercial property offering.
 
The role will involve working closely with the current head of department on a diverse caseload of matters to include acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work. You will be working with SME’s, regional developers and agricultural clients. Experience of corporate transactional work would be a benefit but is not a necessity for this role.
 
To be considered you must have at least two years post qualification commercial property experience upwards. You must be ambitious, enthusiastic with a desire to help grow the firms already strong commercial property offering.
