Our client is a Legal 500 firm with offices in Oxford, Reading, and London. The Employment, Pension, and Benefits team is seeking a Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE to join their successful team, ideally based in Oxford.
The role will be providing clients with high-quality legal advice and services, including representation at Employment Tribunals. The Employment team has developed a strong regional reputation and is recognised within the legal directories with a specialist focus in health, social housing, and education sectors.
The department work across the Oxford and Reading Offices and they are looking for a Solicitor who has good knowledge and experience of all aspects of Employment law to complement the existing team, handling predominantly respondent and some claimant matters. The work will include a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
The role will primarily cover employment disputes, general advisory work, and corporate support work.
