This fantastic opportunity for a property litigation solicitor in Leeds is with a top 50 UK law firm.

The Role 
 
You will manage a high quality, mixed caseload of property litigation matters which will mainly comprise of defendant housing disrepair work. 
 
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in commercial matters such as estate management, possession actions, business lease renewals and injunctions. 
 
On occasion you may also be given the opportunity to assist with residential matters such as possessions, rent recovery and disrepair for both housing association and other residential landlords. 
 
For candidates at the higher end of PQE, you will have the opportunity to support and develop less experienced members within the team. 
 
The Candidate

- You will ideally be NQ-5 years' PQE 
- Have experience of property litigation and have a passion to continue with this area of law 
- Self driven and motivated
