Banking Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Solicitor to join one of Newcastle's leading law firms. 
 
Our client has an outstanding reputation in the market and is known for its high-quality work and supportive environment. 
 
You will have the opportunity to advise an impressive client base on a wide variety of banking matters, including:

- Advising lenders, investors and corporate borrowers on loans and investments
- Advising on the enforcement of security
- Advising on company law matters 
- Working alongside the corporate and commercial property teams 

Ideally you will be at least 5 years' PQE with a solid corporate background. You will possess a strong commercial acumen together with an ambition to succeed and develop the department further.
