Personal Injury Solicitor

Our client is offering a personal injury solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload (both pre-litigation and litigated files) where you will be managing your own caseload of high quality (defender) personal injury cases – RTA, EL/PL etc. 

Court litigation experience including an understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures and experience in working with and instructing counsel would be highly desirable. Ideally, the successful candidate will have gained experience assisting on large cases in a team environment. An individual with broad liability experience and experience within EL/PL and disease would be highly desirable but is not essential.
