What will you do?
- You will undertake a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Advise both claimants and respondents
- Advise on all levels of tribunal processes, including advocacy where appropriate
- Complex discrimination and whistle blowing matters
- Work on corporate transactions, due diligence, advise on consultation exercises
- Provide ongoing HR and employment support to businesses
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Between 3 - 6 years' employment law experience
- Local Solicitors and relocators encouraged to apply
