You will work alongside your team and benefit by working closely with the director and head of department.
You will be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year's PQE. You will have had experience in handling your own caseload as well as matters pertaining to share sales and purchases, business assets, shareholders agreements, bespoke terms and conditions, as well as partnership agreements.
