The firm is looking for a solicitor to join their team in Manchester to assist with Commercial Real Estate finance matters within their Secured Lending team.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with the head of secured lending and real estate finance, who has a lot of experience within the firm and that area of law. Experience within Real Estate finance and any experience within Conveyancing is also desirable.
You be be reporting on residential conveyancing matters which will include title and search reports. You will be expected to handle a large caseload which will larger be LTD company clients investing in residential propriety using bridging finance and BTL mortgages.
