Planning Solicitor

Fantastic opportunity for a planning solicitor to join a leading and growing Planning team in Newcastle. 

Our client is known for its forward-thinking culture, agile working and the career development opportunities provided from the outset. 

You will work with both private and public sector clients and manage a varied caseload of planning matters including strategic residential projects, infrastructure projects and highways CPOs.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider team to provide commercially focused planning advice and guidance. Within this role, there may be some travel depending on the projects you undertake. 

Ideally you will have at least 3 years' PQE with previous experience in CPO matters and drafting section 106 agreements. You will be commercially minded, have excellent organisational skills as well as strong technical abilities.
