Litigation Solicitor

A long established, forward thinking, Barnsley based firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to undertake civil litigation work.
 
A recently qualified Litigation Solicitor would suit well, there would be a view to have support around the role so as the successful candidate you can have the best chance to succeed.
 
You, the successful Litigation Solicitor will be working across contract disputes, company and partnership disputes, neighbour and boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, contentious probate including inheritance act claims, but to name a few.
 
A more experienced Litigation Solicitor would of course be considered, with the role altered to give more autonomy.
