An award-winning Legal 200 firm is looking to expand its Clinical Negligence team with the addition of a Qualified Solicitor or a Legal Executive with great Clinical Negligence experience.
The firm will also consider those with a background in Personal Injury/serious personal injury, but you must have a proven track record of delivering results. They provide excellent training to help make the transition from Personal Injury or Industrial Disease.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be Commercially aware
- Have great communication and negotiation skills
- Have experience if working on CFA cases
- Have practical experience of the CPR, issuing claims, and litigating cases
