Financial Services Regulatory Solicitor

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity within our client’s team for a financial services regulatory solicitor to join the growing department in Leeds.

The role 

As a financial services regulatory solicitor, you will be joining a highly ambitious team that regularly work with high-quality national and international clients. 

You will have the opportunity to regularly work with high-quality clients including banks, building societies, motor finance providers, alternative lenders, brokers, debt administration and debt collection firms. 

You will manage your own caseload from the outset with the necessary support to help you achieve your goals. 

Your caseload will consist of a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. 

Business development and networking is important to the firm. Therefore, it will be encouraged and supported that you engage with BD and networking. 

The Candidate 

To be considered for this fantastic and rare financial services regulatory opportunity, you will have solid academics and have gained valuable experience within a reputable firm in the UK. 

You will have gained regulatory experience or have transferrable skills with the drive and passion for financial services regulatory matters. 

Having an understand of FCA regime will be advantageous yet not essential as full training and development will be included within the opportunity.
