A tier 2 ranked commercial property department is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join its busy and thriving department in Worcester. The firm can offer full or part-time and some degree of home working along with top quality work in a friendly, supportive and progressive working environment.
Our client is seeking a commercial property solicitor with at least 4-8 years’ experience and will consider anybody up to Senior Associate/Partner level.
You will join a highly regarded team comprising of Partners, Associates and Paralegals handling a full range of commercial property matters to include sale and purchases, conditional contracts, non-contentious commercial lease work, option agreements, purchase and disposal of commercial and residential development sites, property re-financing.
To be considered for this commercial property solicitor role, our client is seeking an experienced property lawyer with links to the area who is keen to handle a full caseload with limited supervision.
