Established Chambers listed law firm, our client is proud to be ranked in the Legal 500 for their array of Property work. As a Private Practice Law firm in Oxford they work with local and national companies and individuals dealing with property matters for the commercial property market and rural and agricultural industry.
The firm is seeking a recently qualified 1-4 years PQE Agricultural Solicitor to join the Department of 20 other fee earners.
The work ranges from:
- Acquisition, development and disposal of landed estates
- Farms and bare agricultural land
- Advice on Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and farm business tenancies.
