An exciting role has arisen for an Associate/Senior Associate to join an international firm who are expanding their Professional Disputes team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
This market leading team are well known and highly respected for their wide range of work for insurers and professionals for all aspects of professional indemnity claims. The team offer dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration and mediation which also extends to commercial disputes.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience handling their own caseload of professional negligence matters and commercial dispute matters. Experience within the Sheriff court and court of sessions is also highly advantageous.
