Our client is a market leading Legal500 firm and they are seeking an experienced senior commercial litigation associate (6+ Years' PQE) to join their award winning Dispute Resolution team, based in Aberdeen.
As part of their Dispute Resolution team, you will be involved in advising a diverse high-calibre client base on top quality commercial dispute matters.
You will gain exposure to a a range of litigation, arbitration and mediation matters across a variety of sectors, with at times a particular focus upon the energy sector. This will include working with and advising high net worth individuals and representing clients in courts and arbitrations on a range of commercial matters.
As the successful candidate, you will have gained prior commercial litigation experience and will be passionate about providing solutions for clients.
