You will be involved in a broad spectrum of financial services regulatory, commercial and transactional work across crypto, asset management, funds, alternative finance, banking and consumer credit sectors. Unrivalled client exposure to leading financial services institutions, insurers, insurance intermediaries, Fintech and Techfin companies globally will also be presented if this is of interest to you.
Ideally your experience should include:
- Qualified lawyer practicing in Singapore
- Solid experience in financial services regulatory, commercial and transactional work
- Familiar with Singapore financial regulations with experience in handling cryptocurrencies regulatory work
- Commercially minded with ability to excel technically
- Competency in building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
