As a complex injury paralegal you will support the team processing claims from instruction to completion. You will also prepare court documents, draft witness summons, review medical records and evidence submissions, ensure compliance with GDPR and conduct legal research.
Ideally you will have knowledge of the litigation process and previous experience handling personal injury files. You will be detail oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
