This Blackburn-based claimant Personal Injury, Conveyancing, and Immigration practice is seeking to add a Litigation Executive to its growing PI department to work on litigated credit hire and RTA files. The team are looking for a Fee Earner or Litigation Executive with a great understanding of the litigation process, credit hire, and RTA files to join the firm on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be someone with experience working in a Personal Injury firm on litigated files, understands how to negotiate and settle claims, and can hit the ground running with a caseload of files.

The firm is based in Blackburn town centre – it is a smaller Personal Injury firm where there is room for growth and development for the right candidate.
