What will you do?
- Work directly with a supportive & established Partner
- Advise on a range of civil and commercial property disputes
- Co-ownership disputes
- Neighbour disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, harassment, boundary disputes)
- Lease disputes
- Commercial rent recovery
- Enforcement of charges & possession
What will you need?
- To be coming up to qualification as a solicitor or legal executive OR up to 2 years’ litigation experience
- Property litigation experience from your training contract or pre/post experience
- A willingness for continued learning & professional development
