Employment Solicitor

This forward-thinking Legal 500 firm is looking for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Kent.
 
The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package including hybrid working.
 
The practice is keen to recruit a senior associate or a partner for the team. This is a senior appointment and will involve some managerial duties. 

There will be a focus on acting for the firm’s commercial client base and so you will need to have a strong background in respondent employment matters such as:

- Redundancy and restructuring
- Restrictive covenants
- Corporate support work and unfair dismissal
- General employment advisory work

 
This position is key to the ongoing success of this growth employment department and as such you will be playing a key part in marketing and business development activities and networking.
