My client is a leading Legal 200 law firm based in Bournemouth, Dorset with a great reputation and proven track record for success, looking to grow their successful insolvency team in this key placement at either Associate or Senior Associate level due to an increase in workload. The team handles both non-contentious and contentious insolvency matters to include corporate insolvency, restructuring and solvent reorganisation matters. This is a critical hire.
You will be experienced in restructuring and insolvency, transactional and technical advisory work and may also have some contentious experience.
