This leading law firm based in the city are seeking an Employment Solicitor to add to their large, established team in London.
They take a refreshing approach to the law, with the focus on solutions for clients as opposed to billable hours.
In this role you will be working collaboratively with colleagues within the employment team and other departments in the firm.
You will be dealing with an array of employment law matters from advice on recruitment and restructuring, to restrictive covenants, outsourcing, discipline & grievance procedures, employment claims such as discrimination and compromise agreements.
Ideally your experience should include:
- 3-6 years PQE in employment law, ideally both contentious and non-contentious
- Acting for major business clients
- Working at a Legal 100 or Legal 500 firm
- Excellent people skills
- Strong client relationship building
