A long established and forward-thinking Barnsley-based firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to undertake Civil Litigation work.
This role would suit a recently qualified Litigation Solicitor, and with a supportive network surrounding the role the candidate will be given the best opportunities to succeed.
The successful Litigation Solicitor will be working across, but not limited to:
- Contract disputes
- Company and partnership disputes
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Contentious probate including inheritance act claims
A more experienced Litigation Solicitor would of course be considered, with the role altered to give more autonomy.
