A prestigious global law firm is now seeking a Capital Markets Senior Lawyer to join their highly regarded Capital Markets team based in Hong Kong.
Your role will be involved in providing a broad spectrum of legal advice on initial public offerings of Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) companies in Hong Kong. Your will also have the opportunity to work with clients directly on listings in Hong Kong as well as their continual compliance matters with the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Ideally your experience should include:
- Qualified lawyer practicing in Hong Kong
- Hold first class academics
- Strong IPO experience ideally gained within top-tier global law firm in Hong Kong
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential
