Costs Fee Earner

Our Legal 500 Client is looking for an experienced Costs Fee Earner to join its industry-leading Costs team.
With flexibility to fork from home 4 out of 5 days of the week, you will be given a varied caseload of litigation matters ranging from smaller Fixed Costs cases to larger multi-million pound corporate/commercial disputes. 

This is a great opportunity for your to grow your experience in a varied mix of work including:

- Costs Management - drafting budgets, and challenging opponents’ budgets, subsequent negotiations and attending CCMCs where appropriate
- Fixed Costs - considering and challenging claims for fixed costs and associated disbursements to include handling negotiations, drafting Points of Dispute and managing Part 8 proceedings
- Paying party - negotiating settlement of third party costs claims, drafting Points of Dispute and managing procedural issues as appropriate
- Receiving party - drafting N260s and bills of costs (to include E-bills), handling negotiations, drafting Replies and managing procedural issues as appropriate.

 
You will be given the flexibility to work from home 4/5 days with all the team coming in on an "Anchor day".
