Family Solicitor

The opportunity: 

- This boutique law firm based in Newton Abbot are recruiting into family law team and searching for a technically excellent lawyer 
- There is already an abundance of work to be getting on with 
- Working within this small practice you will be a true team player 

 
What will you do? 

- Handle privately funded matters 
- You will work on a broad caseload including divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre  and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes
- Work closely with the department head 

 
What do you need? 

- Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE as a solicitor or legal executive
- Family law experience
