A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor (or individual of equivalent experience) to progress their career in a Legal 500, reputable law firm based in Coventry.
As well as taking on your own caseload entailing all things conveyancing you will also manage and support a small team ensuring their work is of a high standard pertaining to that of Lexcel and CQS accreditation. Pro-active business development will also be required whilst working closely with your team members as well as the head of the Conveyancing department.
You will be a qualified solicitor, Cilex, or CLC and have had at least 5 years PQE with prior experience in sales, re-mortgages, right to buy, new plot purchases and freehold and leasehold matters as well as prior knowledge of Anti-money legislation and CQS protocol.

At times it will be necessary to travel to nearby offices and therefore a driving license and use of your own vehicle is essential.
