An experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Fee Earner is required by one of the region's longest-standing practices which is currently expanding its well-regarded Residential Conveyancing department in South Manchester.
You'll have demonstrable previous experience handling Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchase
- Leasehold and freehold
- Right to buy
- Help to buy
- Shared ownership
- Transfer of equity
The team are vastly experienced and you'll work alongside Senior Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Fee Earners, and have full support from Administrators and Legal Assistants. You will have your own autonomous caseload of files and be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
