Technical Remortgage Paralegal

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Remortgage Paralegal to join a leading national firm working on complex remortgage files. Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:

- Experience in technical remortgage cases is essential for this role
- 6 months+ of experience in a customer service role
- Professional and friendly client care
- Ability to work accurately per procedures and processes
- Proven ability to process tasks in a volume caseload is essential

Duties include:

- Liaising with the client and borrower and other external where necessary
- Carrying out a title investigation
- Carrying out identification checks
- Chasing any outstanding documentation required to proceed to completion
- Dealing efficiently and effectively with telephone calls made by the client, borrower or third party
- Providing technical assistance to the remortgage caseworkers as required
- Providing assistance on transactional matters as required
