A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing Paralegal to join a thriving conveyancing department in their Birmingham city centre office.
Our client is looking for a residential conveyancing assistant with at least two years experience to provide support to the residential conveyancers within the department. You must be excellent in providing support on all aspects of conveyancing matters. This is a tight knit conveyancing team and as such you will get to work closely with a conveyancer which will enable you to develop your conveyancing knowledge and skill set.
The firm is looking for an enthusiastic paralegal who can hit the ground running on matters to include leasehold and freehold - re-sales, new builds, re-mortgages. The offices are within short walking distance from new street station and the firm can offer genuine career progression prospects and will consider training contracts for the right person.
