A well-established national Law firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their team.
As a Commercial Solicitor, you will join an already well-established team and will advise commercial clients on commercial contracts, IT and IP work, shareholder agreements, and company contracts in addition to the purchase and sale of businesses.
You will be required to support the team on occasion but will also have responsibility for a full caseload of your own.
The successful applicant will ideally have at least 2 years PQE however, this level identified is a guide only and does not disqualify those with less or more experience who may be interested.
