Property Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Top 50 UK Law firm in Leeds.

Our client is widely recognised as a leading legal employer and the firm consistently achieve high rankings in Chambers UK, encouraging autonomy and offering a genuine hybrid working model. 

The Role 

You will manage a high-quality mixed caseload of property litigation matters, which will mainly comprise of defendant housing disrepair work.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in residential matters (for both housing associations and other residential landlords), as well as commercial matters in:

- Estate management
- Possession actions
- Business lease renewals
- Injunctions 
- Possessions
- Rent recovery
- Disrepair

For candidates at the higher end of PQE, you will have the opportunity to support and develop less experienced members within the team. 

The Candidate 

- NQ – 4 years' PQE 
- Experience of property litigation and a passion to continue within this area of law 
- Self-driven and motivated
