To be considered for this Court of Protection Paralegal role, you should have a genuine interest in and previous experience in Court of Protection or general Private Client work. The successful candidate must have experience of handling both property and financial affairs.
The role will focus on helping those who have sustained a brain injury to be represented in the courts correctly and appropriately.
You will assist the team with high value deputyships and private trust work with a focus on the management of the financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity to make decisions themselves.
