Law Costs Draftsman

Modern forward thinking law firm are looking for an experienced Legal Costs Draftsperson to join their growing team on a remote basis.

You will be a Qualified costs lawyer or over 2 years experience dealing with cost disputes. The right candidate will be articulate, should have experience dealing with in-house costs, be driven and be able to assist with all aspects of the costs management and detailed assessment process. The candidate should have experience dealing with in-house costs.
 
Duties include but are not limited to drafting bills, budgets and associated documentation as well as preparing for detailed assessment hearings. Advocacy experience is preferable as well as the use of Proclaim management system.
 
You will also be tasked with marketing the firm and growing out the department. This is a great opportunity with varied avenues for progression. 
 
You will have the choice to work completely remotely and will only be required to be in the office once a month.
