I'm currently working with a growing Warwickshire firm that is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes.
The role would suit a Solicitor with a background in civil and commercial claims related to contested wills and probate, company and partnership disputes, trust litigation, property matters, and employment disputes. Ideally you will have some experience in supervising junior team members as you will be involved in the day-to-day supervision and performance of the team, training, recruitment, departmental budgets and targets.
