Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor

This opportunity is for a newly qualified Solicitor to specialise at a leading restructuring and insolvency practice which growing from strength to strength.

You work within a supportive restructuring and insolvency team that focus on turnaround and insolvency matters advising a range of clients from financial institutions to retailers, insolvency practitioners to turnaround directors.
 
In this role you will:

- Support the whole team, gaining hands on experience.
- Distressed corporate restructurings
- Insolvency procedures – including administration, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and liquidation
- Board advisory work on complex strategic and commercial issues

Ideal you will have completed a seat in restructuring and insolvency or have an interest in specialising in this field with experience in corporate or finance.
