Head of Conveyancing

My client has recently opened a new office, and as such they are seeking to appoint a Head of Conveyancing for their Lichfield team. This role offers the opportunity to work one day from home, flexible working hours, along with the ability to grow and manage a team of conveyancers from the outset. 

The firm is seeking a self-motivated, local, Residential Conveyancer who is qualified either as a solicitor or legal executive, with at least 3 years’ PQE can hit the ground running handling a caseload of local work from local estate agents. Management experience is necessary, as part of the role will be building and focussing upon growing the Lichfield offering and management of the team.

Ideally our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer from Lichfield or the surrounding area, who has a desire to progress and be an integral part of the development of the department.
