Corporate Banking Solicitor

An amazing and rare opportunity has arisen to join a top international Legal 500 firm as a Corporate Banking Solicitor.

My client has a large Banking and Finance team that stands out from its competitors due to its breadth of knowledge and expertise. It regularly acts for FTSE 100 clients, a diverse range of banks and financial institutions, as well as some of the firm’s Corporate and Property clients when they seek loans. The team acts nationwide and really excels in Real Estate Finance, Corporate Banking, derivatives, Asset Finance, and Structured Finance to name a few. 

Their Finance practice is comprehensive, covering the entire product range of their major lender clients. You will work on a diverse range of banking transactions, including:

- Leveraged finance
- Real estate finance
- Corporate debt
- Asset-based lending

You will collaborate with colleagues who are recognised as top-notch in the legal industry. The Manchester team is led by highly regarded Partners and the team's quality highlights the huge potential for growth in both the firm’s existing client base and new areas.

Skills & Experience 

- Experienced in transactional finance across various banking and finance laws
- Familiarity with leveraged finance and corporate banking is a benefit
- Comfortable in client-facing roles and motivated by challenging work
