Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A highly reputable firm who have offices across Scotland is seeking to appoint a commercial litigation solicitor to join their welcoming team based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. 
 
Offering a friendly working environment, this commercial litigation solicitor opportunity should be considered by those who have 1-3 years' PQE and are looking to progress their career through regular exposure to — and involvement in — high value and complex litigation.  

The team specialise in public sector and insurance litigation and handle cross-Scotland Court of Session and Sheriff Court cases. 
 
You will be responsible for judicial reviews, liability, and subrogation claims for major insurers arising from property damage: as well as commercial litigation, primarily in the Court of Session.
