In this role you will be running your own caseload of claimant industrial disease files, including high value multitrack claims involving significant life changing health issues and fatalities. As well as supporting more junior members of the team.
To be considered for this role your experience should include:
- 5+ pqe Solicitor or Legal Executive
- High value industrial disease or catastrophic injury matters
- Mentoring and managing junior staff
- Business development and networking
