The role will involve managing your own caseload of defended EL/PL pre-litigation and litigated claims, as well as assisting more senior members of the team on higher value and more complex claims.
The role involves working closely with Insurers, their Insureds, and Corporate Clients, providing not only technical advice but also added value services for the client, allowing for an outstanding service which makes a difference to our client’s business.
This firm offers clients the full breadth of claims-related legal work, from high-volume claims handling through to complex, high-value litigation.
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in a legal-based environment, handling disease claims, both pre- and post-litigation.
