You will ideally have 3-5 years PQE experience exclusively in employment law, gained in private practice.
Your Key duties would include but would not be limited to drafting contracts of employment, director’s service agreements, policies and procedures and staff handbooks, as well as Advising and assisting with TUPE transfers.
