Are you a Corporate Solicitor seeking to join a top tier Legal 500 firm in Newcastle?

Our client, one of the biggest law firms in the North East, is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding Corporate department. This is a rare opportunity for you to join a leading and highly reputable corporate team in Newcastle.

You will manage your own caseload and be involved in a full spectrum of corporate work, including:

- M&A transactions
- Partnership matters
- Joint venture and shareholders' agreements
- Advice on corporate general and general commercial issues

With this opportunity you can expect early exposure to market-leading transactions and to work on high-quality corporate matters. 

Ideally you will be NQ – 5 years' PQE with some corporate law experience and have the desire to strengthen and support a growing, fast-paced corporate team.
